The German Golf License – Part 4.2

So, today was The Test… Yogi passed it with flying colours (13 points) and me… well… let’s put it this way: I have already passed the written part ;-)

As I wrote earlier you have to get at least 9 points, played a 6 hole Stableford.
Actually, I’m not really disappointed with my final result – if you keep in mind that I scored yesterday 1 lousy point you can say that I improved rapidly by scoring today 7 of 9 necessary points. Especially if you know that at the last hole I made a bad move during the swing and was running around the rest of the game with pain (strains + golf = terrible bad idea & results). Right?

Okay, maybe it wasn’t the worst idea to be team up with Yogi… Geez… haven’t cheated that much today in a game since years ;-)
But c’mon – if you don’t cheat in this stupid test then no German golf noob would be able to reach the license, right?
And playing out of a sand bunker in November is REALLY no fun ;-)
Unfortunately Yogi forgot to cheat sometimes *ROFL* Otherwise I wouldn’t have had a 12 or 11 but maybe an 8 or 9 ;-)

If you’re interested in my scorecard you can find it HERE.

And Yes – if we would have played 100% correct and w/out cheating, even Yogi wouldn’t have passed the test today ;-)

So, what options do I have now?
Actually, only 2 – 1st, practice, practice, practice; 2nd take any other “final test” in the near future. Maybe I take one of those which will be still in November, otherwise I will wait for the first tests in spring.
This strain is giving me a real headache at the moment… :-(
