International Driving License

Wifey got her international driving license today - within 10 minutes! In a SHOPPING MALL!!!
Still can remember when I applied for this - which took me 3 weeks of waiting in Germany's authorities of the administrative district office...
She paid only SGD22 while I had to pay around EUR15
I still think that Germany can learn a lot from Singapore's "way of bureaucracy" - much things are not only faster done but also online (like wifey can re-new her driving license via the website).
