After I was successful last Monday to reduce my handicap from 50 to 44 at a 9-hole tournament (I placed 4th out of 50 players) I will give it another shot tomorrow on the Open Saturday tournament at Schloss Monrepos.
It’s an 18-hole tournament with 64 participants, played on the Stableford rules and threesomes instead of the normal foursome.
The weather forecast for tomorrows sounds like perfect golf weather (Sunshine and some clouds, High 62F, Light winds) so I’m confident to improve again. The only hole I’m really afraid of is the 1st of the yellow course with this 120mtr till the gorge of 10mtr width…
